Wush Wush is an ancestrally African coffee that is extremely rare in the Western Hemisphere, and even more so in Colombia. One of the few producers to cultivate this varietal is Yeferson Olaya in his new farm named El Pedregal. Olaya’s extensive training extends far beyond farm level into even cupping and roasting, meaning the management of his Wush Wush is all-encompassing, carefully tending to each phase in the process to ensure a perfect and world-class final product.

Olaya’s Wush Wush is an outstandingly exotic coffee, with a marked caramel sweetness, apricot, tangelo and black grape fruit notes and a slight note of clove.

Devocion USA

Country:  USA

Colombian-born Steven Sutton launched Devoción in 2006 to produce the freshest coffee imaginable — roasting provides only half of coffee’s flavor, while mere freshness of the beans does the rest of the work. And yet, most coffee beans sit around for months, losing flavor every day. That’s why the Devoción team does everything short of picking the cherry, and do it faster than anyone else — we hand-select our 1,000+ farm partners, dry-mill at our Bogotá facility, control the export process, and roast in Brooklyn.
