Uncomplicated cleaning in the dishwasher or by hand. Simply place the hand filter on a rack or on a jug / cup and pour hot water over it slowly, evenly and in circles.

At Fortezza, we believe that coffee roasting is above all one thing, an art. In no other country does this art shape the way of life as intensely as in Italy. It must have been this attitude towards life that captivated our company founder Rainer Langguth so much that, when he was 22 at the time, he developed the vision of producing the best espresso outside of Italy.
