San Florencio is located in the village of Las Barrancas, Ostuncalco municipality, Quetzaltenango department. At 1,600 m, the trees of Bourbon, Caturra, Catuay and Pacamara produce high density grains. This coffee is naturally high in sugar and acidity due to its slow maturation process. San Florencio is one of the first high quality farms to start harvesting in Guatemala. Due to the special conditions of precipitation in the microregion, cherry trees are ready to be harvested in November. BEDOIN coffee are proud to have a product of such high quality.
