These now Roasts between 8oz and 3.5lb. per roast and up to 5 roasts per hour on gas models. It is available in Natural gas & LPG. It has most every feature all added in the standard price: Complete gas control via needle gas valve, The MDDS damper system for exact precise airflow control as well as Drum Speed control. The gas models come with a 110V Voltage Converter to run on any 110 line while the electric models require a 220V 30A connection. ( LPG models require the purchase of a Marshall 1912/197 Regulator with 10' gas line sold separate)
