Our box of organic and ethical specialty coffee freshly roasted in Switzerland. Whole grain or ground according to your method of preparation consists of 3 packets of 250g coffee:

- A coffee from Peru from the Huabal region. In a cup, a round and sweet coffee with notes of praline, cane sugar and dark chocolate.

- An Indonesian cafe from the Gayo Highlands region. From the bourbon variety, this exceptional grain will delight your senses with its aromatic notes of milk chocolate, yellow fruits, nuts and cane sugar.

- A coffee from Guatemala from the Huehuetenango region, the variety of which is Caturra. This coffee rated at 86+ reveals a round cup with notes of nuts and chocolate.

A COZY COFFEE SPACE
We have created a cozy space for you, between Lake Geneva and the Vaudois vines, where coffee is at the heart of it. Enter the Utopia coffee universe, and come and discover our specialty coffees, resulting from reasoned and responsible agriculture, of which traceability and ethics are essential points of our philosophy. We strive to respect the work done by our producers and serve you the best in specialty coffee.

A UNIQUE ARTISANAL ROASTING
With a wide choice of origins, we are sure you will find what you are looking for. We roast each bean with a different profile to enhance and honor our coffees. Of a clear roast which is mainly known and appreciated in the Nordic countries where the grain is more or less "blond". We therefore appreciate much more coffees with a beautiful acidity with fruity and floral aromas; to a medium roast whose color is between amber and brown and whose coffee will reveal a less aromatic, rounder, sweet and balanced cup. We make sure to develop the aromas of our ethical coffees as much as possible.

We invite you, in our roasting in Gland to come and explore with us, the grain in all its splendor.

TAKE-OUT, SHOP, ADVICE AND WORKSHOPS
We welcome you from Thursday to Saturday for an organic Utopia café on site or to take away. You can also buy freshly roasted, local and artisanal coffee directly on site.

We advise you on the extraction methods to choose as well as on recipes. And to deepen your knowledge of specialty coffee, we offer you our various workshops. Ideal as a gift idea, for birthdays or just for fun.
