McKinnon Trishool is a Mini Wet Plant Comprising a Green Cherry Separator, a Single Disc Pulper and a Mini Washer. This unique equipment, by performing segregation of green, pulping and washing in a single run, saves process time and enhances quality by completely eliminating green cherries from the ripe coffee cherry.
Trishool Consists of
- Green Cherry Separator machine has been designed to segregate Green Cherry from Ripe coffee cherry from input.
- Single Disc Pulpers are used to pulp ripe coffee cherry to parchment. Disc
Pulpers require minimum amount of water for pulping and the water can be recirculated for reuse after filtering of skins. - Mucilage Remover a small washer to remove the mucilage from the parchment coffee to leave the coffee squeaky clean, ready for soaking or straight to the drying yard.
