Since 2016, friendliness and quality have guided our Lausanne-based company in the careful selection of specialty coffees , offered in pure origins or in house blends. Our roasting partner is Swiss and has been working in an artisanal way for over a hundred years. He roasts our beans according to our recipes and our desires and his know-how allows us to offer you the best for your tasting: controlled roasting, adapted to each coffee and each method.
Today, we are focusing our efforts on developing our brand, our knowledge of coffee and our customers, with the aim of improving the coffee offer in French-speaking Switzerland . We are convinced that quality service comes from listening to the needs of consumers and paying attention to the little details that are sometimes so important. Particular attention is also placed on the traceability of our coffees and on sustainable development , from the production of coffee to the cup. Thus, our packages are aluminum free, no solvent is used in the decaffeination process and we are committed to selecting quality, certified and often organic coffees .
