The multiple water tank system provides independent water tanks for water depending on whether it is intended for the extraction of coffee, for steam or for tea. In this way the temperatures of the water tanks can be regulated independently. In contrast to the single water tank system, where the water tank simultaneously contains hot water and steam, the entire volume of the water tank is occupied by hot water.
This means that the temperature control is adjusted independently for each group via a 2.8 TFT display (PID).
The water tanks for each group are continuously fed by a hot and cold water mixing system that allows you to regulate the inflow temperature of the water which in turn is further heated by an element that will bring the temperature to that which is required
