We have a long tradition of love for coffee. Since it was founded in 1922, Blasercafé has been fully family-owned and is now in the 4th generation. Blasercafé is therefore the only coffee roasting company in the Bern region that has retained its independence over the years. For us, Bern means home. Both the family's center of life and the Blasercafé are located in Bern. The raw coffee imported from the tropical and subtropical regions is roasted exclusively in Bern.

For us, coffee is more than a healthy stimulant, more than a variety of taste and character: Coffee is steeped in history, is inspiration, and builds bridges between people, relationships and networks. Coffee stands at the beginning of real friendships and great love stories and at the end of arguments and stressful days. Coffee is the substance that connects us, where we are together for a moment completely different and at the same time completely with ourselves. That is why we as a family have put people and their experiences at the center of our activities since 1922, with passion for the roasting trade and enjoyment of the best coffee enjoyment. For our blends, we only use first-class green coffees that our sister company Blaser Trading imports for us. This specializes in the international green coffee trade and gives us exclusive and sustainable access to exquisite specialty coffees directly from the plantation. The personal and long-term relationships with the coffee producers not only guarantee us a consistently high coffee quality, they also enable us to trace the coffee we buy.
