Finally after some minor shipping delays, we have received this beautiful lot from the Shyira washing station, which we have worked closely once again with our great friends at Hobe Coffee and MT Co. to source. This represents the third year running we have been able to lock in some amazing coffees from Rwanda, and once again Shyira is a huge hit among the baristas & roasters at Prolog Coffee Bar.
The unique geography of Shyira gives tremendous potential for quality, which we believe shines through in this coffee. The flavour profile differs slightly from the typical Rwandan cup, with flavours you would most likely associate with washed Kenyan coffee. Shyira
