A bombshell of a coffee. In previous years, Old Rock resisted purchasing the El Salvador coffee because of quality, but it’s no longuer the case now! This El Salvador coffee is of amazing quality, great acidity, refinement and depth. This coffe is grown from the highlands in eastern El Salvador, the source of some world class coffees in the past few years. The coffee is organically grown under a rich canopy of shade trees, making the farms a sanctuary to many migratory birds and other endangered local species.
