Carlos Belalcazar’s gesha has returned to Elm, with a bonus. We loved this coffee so much last time, we decided to pair our second release of it with an Elm branded Fellow Atmos vacuum canister. With a coffee as stellar as Carlos’, you’ll want to keep it as fresh as possible, and these canisters will go on to keep future Elm coffees tasting great. We find Carlos Belalcazar to be very special, grown with care and resulting in a sweet, floral coffee bursting with rose, lavender and peach flavors.
For those who missed it last time, Carlos Belalcazar is a very special coffee, a gesha varietal grown in the Andean climate and volcanic soils of Nariño, and isolated from the influence of conventional, chemically fertilized agriculture. Utmost care was taken during farming and processing to create this shining example of the gesha varietal and why it is so desirable.
This will be a very limited release, with only 40 Atmos canisters and 90 8-ounce bags available for sale. As such, all purchases will be considered pre-orders, and will be fulfilled starting Sept. 26th.
